CLIENT HIGHLIGHTS:
We are currently providing monthly contract CFO/Controller services to the Organization of American Historians. Our monthly services are a component of the organization’s compliance with internal controls – citing independent reviews by a Certified Public Accountant. Services include: review journal entries, request and perform specific account analysis, compare budget to actual, review the assumptions used in expense accruals, revenue recognition, and other calculations, and perform other procedures as needed. Assistance with the annual audit, tax return preparation and special projects are also within the scope of our engagement.
